These classes were a response to the limits of lockdown. They seek to harbour routine, physical challenge and a sense of fun, as we build a community of people wise to the physical and psychological benefits of working out.
Each session will be different, with upper and lower body strength, mobility and yoga all incorporated. Never one to neglect a baseline of cardiovascular fitness either, you can expect to be busy.
The 30 minute classes will be streamed live on the Instagram page @freshfit.live. If you’d rather you can always have the option of watching the classes back.
