I run 3 live classes per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at midday. The 30 minute classes will be streamed live on the Instagram page @freshfit.live. If you’d rather you can always have the option of watching the classes back.
With a training style that fuses traditional strength and conditioning principles with yoga and mobility, I am well equipped to help you get the most out of your training. Sessions will be customised to your strengths and capabilities, with the focus very much on what you can do, rather than what you can’t. I train clients at a private studio, outdoors when the weather permits and online.
I offer small group sessions of up to 4 people. Training in this way can not only help share the financial burden, it’s also a great way to get fit whilst having a great time with your friends.
